Schedule a cheat day
Allow yourself to eat anything that you want on this day. It is good to reward yourself now and then.
We all know it is hard to get over there, because of all the temptation here and there. However, keep in mind that your progress, how little it may be, is still progress. So, do not give up when you plateau. Do not be hard on yourself too. Be realistic about goals.
